hey mami

tangiers - i don't love you

maybe some classic garage rock or some power pop on shuffle gave some ideas to the tangiers, who kill on this crazy hook of a song.

magnetic fields - i don't really love you anymore

magnetic fields go for a synth free and richer, better produced sound that retains the upbeat pop sensibilities of former releases on the 2004 album i. vocalist stephen merritt somehow manages to make another song about luv.

jet set radio

koufax - soundwave sound

yea so every hip high schooler thinks moogs is cool again, but koufax usually do it right like this song. some rocking power popping off which starts off with some maybe overused drum machine rock soundz.

royksopp - eple

these electronic cats with the real drum kit sound and smooth synths keep on making my day.. nice floating in clouds high melody drifting about as well.

Mark Mothersbaugh - Ping Island/Lightning Strike Rescue Op

oh sweet techno from the motion picture life aquatic, most peeps already exhausted on the floor from dancing to this so much, but if you haven't heard....this is serioso.

sufjan stevens - come on! feel the illinoise

off the new illinois inspired album by sufjan, i'm sure this is circulating but oh well here's a hott track off of it. one of the more upbeat numbers (especially when compared to the john wayne gacy song) with some serioso instrumentation and breakdowns that are breaking down my blood brain barrier oh mcsnap this jazz is corrosive.
